You are absolutely right. The ingredients are different as well as having more or less of the more natural ingredients. Ingredients are put in order based off of how much is in the product. The first ingredient is what is in it most. I used the moisture retention shampoo and lived by it and absolutely loved it and have been chasing it ever since they changed the ingredients. Nothing works as well. Shea moisture is working with other partners now and so now they products are no where near as good.

Thanks for the Video. You are not the only one they lied to. On the ULTA website or their website( I can't remember which website) if you look at their products...in the question section of the product page, people complain about formula changes and Shea Moisture gave them the same response they gave you. The coconut hibiscus curl enhancing smoothie formula changed from years ago as well. I saw it for myself. The ingredient list was different and certain things were in different parts of the list. I'm a chemistry major and I can tell you.....the formula did change. So if anyone still wants to use their products....make sure to check the ingredient list before purchasing. Thanks again for the video 💛
